The Natural Resources Institute (NRI) works with partners and communities around the world. We recognise our responsibility to protect children, adults at risk and others who come into contact with our staff, students, contractors and partners.

NRI is committed to providing a safe environment, preventing abuse, exploitation and neglect, and ensuring that safeguarding concerns are reported and handled appropriately.

Our safeguarding policy

NRI follows the University of Greenwich Safeguarding Policy. This sets out the university’s safeguarding responsibilities and arrangements for protecting children and adults at risk.
